Chewie and Dante takes over London!
The daytime weather wasn’t optimal to take out the cutouts, so I had to resort to night time pictures. The cutouts checked off the London Eye, Big Ben (covered in scaffolding), the Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and Harrods. In addition, the cutouts had visited Hyde Park and Regent Street, but unfortunately those pictures have gone missing.
One phrase I picked up while dining at Burger & Lobster was “That’s so dodgy!”.
Some other places I went to, but not with the cutouts (mostly Soho):
- The Golden Union Fishbar (3/5; the food is heavy!)
- La Bodega Negra (5/5; Mexican food, the entrance is a bit kinky)
- Yorica (4/5; Veg/Vegan Icecream also available)
- Wagamama (3/5; Okay for a light Asian lunch)
- Refuel Bar & Restaurant (inside Soho Hotel) (5/5; Great food, drinks, and ambiance – good for dinner)
- Ping Pong (5/5; Large selection of Dim Sum. Make sure to order artsy tea!)
- All Saints (4/5; Clothing store, the sale prices are unbeatable compared to US)
- The Crown and Two Chairmen (4/5; Typical pub, great to stand outside and drink)
- Burger & Lobster (5/5; The food is unreal. Everything is so buttery and good)
- Artesian (Bar inside The Langham) (5/5; Named World’s best bar in 2015, the drinks are really cool and it’s a cozy environment)
- Hyde Park
- Regent Street
