West End Historic District in Dallas, TX
Travel dates: July 22 – July 24, 2014
Chewie and Dante visited West End Historic District in Dallas, Texas.
Dallas-Fort Worth is not an unfamiliar area for me, so the idea behind this short trip was to go specifically to a tourist attraction.
Someplace Chewie and Dante would appreciate. Someplace with a historical significance. 🙂
The first picture is Dealey Plaza, on Elm Street, where president JFK was fatally shot. There’s a faint X mark on the street, locating where he was shot. The second picture is looking up at The Sixth Floor Museum. It’s the very building where Lee Harvey Oswald was waiting for and shot the President. The third picture is the fountain in front of the museum.
